Franklin Stumhofer

Franklin Stumhofer, Sr. 62, of West Penn Township died in his home September 7, 2011. He was the husband of Yong (Pak) Stumhofer. Franklin was born in Reading and was the son of Robert Row SR. and the late Mary (Speck) Row. Franklin was a Vietnam veteran serving in the army as a drill sergeant. He was employed by the military his entire life. He was of the Roman Catholic Faith. In addition to his father and wife, he is survived by one daughter, Sandra wife of Larry Miller, Windsor Township, two sons, Franklin Stumhofer, JR. and Samuel Stumhofer, both of New Ringgold, and four grandchildren. He is also survived by four brothers, Robert, JR., John, Mike, Donnie and two sisters, Caroline and Lynn. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, September 14 at 10:00 AM in the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th St., Hamburg. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 8:30 to 10:00 AM.
