Franklin W. Pehlman

Franklin William Pehlman, 80, of Perry Township died July 31, 2012 in the Lebanon VA Medical Center.

He was the husband of Gladys Jane (Schaffer) Pehlman, who died September 29, 2009.

Born in Reading, PA on December 29, 1931, he was a son of the late Raymond and Helen (Moyer) Pehlman.

He attended Muhlenberg High School.

Frank was employed for over 30 years with Dana Parish Corporation, Reading before retiring as a foreman.

He was a US Navy Veteran.

Frank is survived by three children: Lynn C. (Pehlman), wife of Gregory Prodromos of Gracey, Kentucky; Craig F. Pehlman Sr of Perry Township and Denise K. Pehlman, companion of Bud Christman of Cumru Township.

Other survivors include a sister, Elaine (Pehlman), wife of William Albert of Hamburg; four grandchildren: Nikki L. Prodromos, Jamie L. Prodromos, Alexandra W. (Pehlman), wife of James Gechter and Corina A. Pehlman and one great grandson.

He was predeceased by four siblings and a grandson, Craig F. Pehlman, Jr., who died January 11, 2012.

Services will be private. Burial with Military Honors will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville.
