Frank M. Tezak, 82, of Brookline Plaza died Dec. 10 at 8:29 p.m. in Reading Hospital, where he had been a patient five days.
He was the husband of Lottie J. (Wiechecki) Tezak.
Born in Mohnton, he was a son of the late Martin and Theresa (Yalkowicz) Tezak.
Tezak was employed for 27 years as a machine setter by AT&T Reading Works, Muhlenberg Township, retiring in May 1984.
He was an Army Air Force veteran of World War II and later served in the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, Middletown, Dauphin County.
Tezak was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.
He was a life member of the Polish Society of the Knights of St. Casimir, Reading.
A guitarist, Tezak played for many years with the Nite Kaps in Reading.
He is also survived by a daughter, Kimberly A. Tezak, Reading.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Church. Entombment will be in the Chapel of St. George Mausoleum at Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
