Frank Lesinski, 92 of Leesport died May 4, 2018 in the Reading Hospital, Tower Health surrounded by his daughters. He was the husband of Anna J (Ramotowski) Lesinski who died in 1998. Frank was born in Radomsko, Poland and was the son of the late Frank and Ksaweria (Rospedowska) Lesinski. Frank enlisted in the Polish Army at the young age of 18 and served during WWII and at one time was sent to a German work camp. Frank married Anna in 1947 and they celebrated over 50 years together. Frank and his wife were proud of their Polish Heritage and immigrated to the United States where they raised their children and provided a better life for them. Frank worked for 30 years at Baldwin Brass as an assembler and retired in 1995. He was a member of St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Reading, Pa. Frank is survived by five daughters, Halina Widow of Stanley Mylnarczyk, El Cajon, Calif., Wanda Widow of Roman Zabinski, Illinois, Stella widow of Frederick Nowotarski, Mt. Penn , Pa., Barbara widow of Steven Kurtz Hamburg, Pa, Bogda wife of Richard Stavarski, Bernville, Pa. and Son Victor husband of Mary Wisniewski, Mooresville, N.C. 23 grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Brother Thadeus Lesinski, Poland, his son Richard Lesinski, daughter Danka Edwards and great grandson Thadeus and his companion Madge predeceased him. Frank was a wonderful care giver, he took care of his wife of over 50 years and when she passed, he met Madge and they spent alot of years traveling and enjoying life. Frank was an outgoing person, he loved his family and his friends, he enjoyed playing cards with his friends at Southgate and he enjoyed going to breakfast at his favorite restaurants. He has touched so many lives and he will be missed by all. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 14th at 11:30 a.m. from St. Ignatius Church, 2810 St. Albans Drive, Reading, Pa. A viewing will be held from 10:30 a.m. until 11:30 a..m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Reading, Pa. The Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., Hamburg, Pa. is in charge of arrangements.
