Francisco A. Ocinaldi Jr., 20, Reading, died of heart failure Oct. 14 at 9:45 a.m. in The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where he had been a patient for three weeks.
Born in Bridgeport, Conn., he was a son of Francisco A. Ocinaldi, Tarpon Springs, Fla., and Marisol Rodriguez, Reading.
Ocinaldi was a graduate of Reading High School.
He is also survived by two half brothers, Luis D. Cintron and Heriberto Gonzalez, both of Reading, and three half sisters: Michelle L. Ocinaldi, Bridgeport; Mariely L. Gonzalez, Reading; and Frances A. Ocinaldi, Tarpon Springs.
Other survivors include his paternal grandfather, Francisco A. Ocinaldi Sr., in Puerto Rico; his paternal grandmother, Olga I. Burgos, Bridgeport; and his maternal grandfather, Efrain Rodriguez, Reading.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. in St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, Reading. Friends may call from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. on Monday at the Kuhn Funeral Home. Burial will be in Charles Evans Cemetery. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
