Francis W. Conley, 86, of Blandon, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2026, in the care of Lehigh Valley Hospital Cedar Crest. He was the loving husband of 51 years to Deborah (Nonnemaker).

Born in Johnstown to the late William and Alberta (McCormick) Conley, Frank graduated from Beaverdale Wilmore High School in 1957 and enlisted in the United States Air Force and Air Force Reserves. He proudly served his country and retired on January 31, 2000, as a Tech Sergeant after a combined 22 years of honorable service. He was a Vietnam War veteran and received two Purple Heart awards. He was a recipient of the Presidential Unit Citation while serving with the 366th Tactical Fighter Wing. Among the many planes he worked on, he most cherished his time aboard the C-124 Globe Master. While serving, he attended the University of Maryland and University of Miami, and received his Bachelor's Degree.

Frank also worked for Mack Trucks for 14 years, beginning in 1974. He also owned A&M Courier Service for over 10 years.

Frank was a family man who cherished time spent with his loved ones. He enjoyed Country Western Music and practically lived in his cowboy boots. He was very proud of his Irish heritage.

Left to treasure his memory is his wife, Debbie; their children: Jessie F., husband of Jennifer Conley, of Telford; Sean P., husband of Natalie Conley, of Bethlehem; and Megan L. Conley, partner of Joe Rush, of Ruskin, FL; their grandchildren: Austin, Mckenzie, Morgan, Braylon, Chase, Piper, and Cullen; his sister, Patsy Burrows; and his brother, Dennis, husband of Karen Conley.

In addition to his parents, Frank was predeceased by his brother, Kenneth Conley.
