Frances K. Soderlund

Frances K. Soderlund, 89, died Oct. 28 at 6:20 a.m. in her residence at Oak Lane, Stony Creek Mills.

Her husband, Albert C. Soderlund, died May 8, 1988.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and H. Dorothy (Lellig) Schweitzer.

Soderlund was employed as a clerk by the Albright College Book Store, retiring in 1975.

She was a member of St. Mary Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Soderlund was a past vice president of the Holy Family Society of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Surviving are a son, David A., Reading; and a daughter, Karen M. (Soderlund) Wallace, Bear, Del.

Other survivors include two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary Church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
