Frances Genieve Van Kouteren

Frances G. Van Kouteren, 92, of Sinking Spring, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2025. Born in Cadogan, PA, to the late John and Waleria, Frances was the loving widow of Andrew Van Kouteren.

She formerly was a secretary for the Reading Hospital School of Nursing.

She is survived by her children, Steven and Valerie. In addition to her husband, Andrew, she was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra.
