Frances A. Blaum

Frances A. Blaum, 96, formerly of West Reading and of Wyomissing, died November 19, 2013, in the Reading Hospital.

Her husband, Joseph A. Blaum, died December 18, 2003.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Peter J. and Fannie C. (Coyle) Considine.

She was a graduate of Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre.

Frances was a member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church, West Reading.

She is survived by her three sons: Thomas, husband of Karen Blaum, Birdsboro; Joseph Blaum, Pennside; and Michael, husband of Vicki Blaum, Reinholds; her sister, Anne Bair, Spring Township and her daughter-in-law, Lisa Blaum, New Oreans, LA. Four grandchildren, Christopher Blaum, Melissa Bilodeau, Kristen Blaum and Megan Blaum and two great-grandchildren, Alex Buruschkin and Tyler Blaum also survive her.

Frances was predeceased by her son, Jeffrey Blaum.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, West Reading. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum.
