Florence E. Bare

Florence E. Bare, 86, of Golden Living Center and formerly of Millmont, died February 2, 2007 in Golden Living Center, where she had been a patient since March 27, 2003.

Her husband Lester L. Bare died May 19, 1982.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Walter C. and Viola (Lerch) Gilmer.

She is survived by two daughters, Joyce A. (Bare) wife of Gerald J. Butto, Leesburg, FL and Beverly (Bare) wife of Gerald Pawlik, Kenhorst and one son Lester L., Jr., husband of Barbara A. (Smith) Bare, Cumru Twp. There are also one brother, Forrest Gilmer, Reading and one sister, Fern (Gilmer) Forte, Bern Twp. Five grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive her. She was predeceased by four brothers and two sisters.

A viewing will be held Monday from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be private in Pleasant View Cemetery. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Golden Living Center 21 Fairlane Road Reading, PA 19606. www.kuhnfuneralhome.com
