Florence Coggeshall

Florence (Barrasso)Coggeshall, 89, formerly of Wyomissing, died July 13, 2008 at 5:35 pm in the Berkshire Center, Exeter Township, where she had been a resident since October 6, 2004.

She was the widow of William W. Coggeshall, who died August 12, 1969.

Born in Reading on February 2, 1919, she was a daughter of the late John and Madeline (Salvatore) Barrasso.

She was a 1937 graduate of Reading High School.

Florence was a member of Bausman Memorial United Church of Christ, Wyomissing.

She is survived by a sister, Eleanor (Barrasso), widow of Samuel R. Caltagirone of Cumru Township and a nephew; Mark S. husband of Debra A. (Wilbert) Caltagirone of Wyomissing and seven other nieces and nephews.

Florence was predeceased by seven siblings: Anthony Barrasso, Susan Barrasso, John Barrasso, William Barrasso, Jennie Marmontello, Betty Bodey and Earl Barrasso.

Services will be Wednesday at 10:00 am in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, with the Rev. Douglas L. Shaffer officating.
