Florence C. Bare

Florence Catherine (Kazmierczak) Bare, 80, died August 4, 2010 in her Green Hills residence surrounded by her family and her loving husband of 59 years, Robert Stanley Bare.

Born June 20, 1930 in Gibraltar, she was a daughter of the late Andrew W. and Regina (Meluskey) Kazmierczak.

She was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Roman Catholic Church, Millmont.

Florence enjoyed cooking, baking, playing bingo and spending time with family.

Also surviving are four children: Richard M., husband of Deborah J. Bare of Bernville; Robert S., Jr., husband of Eileen A. Bare of Exeter Township; George A., husband of Deborah A. Bare of Richmond Township and Sandra M. (Bare) wife of Bret D. Morey of Ruscombmanor Township.

Other survivors include four brothers, Andrew of Reading, Theodore of Glenside, Leonard of Spring Township and Walter of Reading and a sister, Theresa Puwalski of Hudson, OH.

In addition, there are six grandchildren surviving: Michele, Erika, Jennifer, Steven, Kevin and Justin.

Florence was predeceased by a granddaughter, Karen Bare and three brothers.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Anthony of Padua R.C.C., 501 Summit Ave, Millmont. A viewing will be held one hour prior to mass in the church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Florence's memory, may be made to Greater Berks Food Bank, 1011 Tuckerton Rd, Reading, PA 19605.
