Florence E. Beidler

Florence E. Beidler, 87, formerly of Wernersville, died July 6 at 3:55 p.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., West Reading, where she had resided since Nov. 18, 2002.

Her husband, Albert C. Beidler, died July 8, 1971.

Born in Mohnton, she was a daughter of the late George Gring Sr. and Fannie E. (Shenk) Gring.

Beidler was employed for 15 years as an examiner by the Valley Forge Flag Co., Womelsdorf, retiring in 1988.

She was a member of St. John's Church, Host.

Surviving are a son, Albert C. Jr., Wernersville; and two daughters, Shirley A. (Beidler) Kleinfelter and Katie I. (Beidler) Oldham, both of Lebanon.

Other survivors include 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Host Cemetery.
