Flor Olacio

Flor Maria Olacio, 90, of Reading, passed away January 5, 2022, in Penn State Health

St. Joseph.

She was the beloved wife of the late Sinencio Nunez.

Born in La Vega, Dominican Republic, she was the daughter of the late Victor Olacio

and Rosa Emilia la Zala.

Flor was a parishioner of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

She is survived by her three children, Nelson Nunez, Carmen Nunez and Jose "Fefey"

Nunez. She is also survived by her two siblings, Belarminio Olacio and Maria de Jesus Olacio; grandchildren, Marleny Robles, Gabriela Robles (Nana), Gabriela Nunez (Pri), Nelfi Nunez, Moises Cabrera and a host of other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Nieces Elena Olacio , Lala Olacio, Xiomara Olacio and Gladys Carpenter. Nephew ; Aridio Olacio , Rafa Olacio-Peralta and Rafa Olacio and many other nieces and nephews.

Flor was predeceased by her three children, Reynaldo A. Nunez late husband of Elizabeth

Nunez, Gabriel A. Nunez late husband of Lidia Nunez and Jose Antonio Nunez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 13, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church with burial to follow at Charles Evans Cemetery. A viewing will be held Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611 and a second viewing 1 hr prior to the mass in the church. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., is entrusted with arrangements.
