Fern M. Lussier

Fern M. Lussier, 91 of Hamburg died December 15th, 2014 in the Laurel Center where she had resided the past seven years. She was the widow of Gaston G. Lussier who died April 16th, 2000. Fern was born in Hamburg and was the daughter of the late Clayton D. and Emily (Motes) Kaisinger. Fern was a 1940 graduate of Hamburg High School. She worked as a secretary and Notary Public for ten years at Kline's Motors, Hamburg and then for 25 years as a secretary for Muhlenberg Dairy, retiring in 1981. Fern was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Hamburg where she taught Sunday school and was a member of the choir. Fern is survived by one sister, Arlene L. Hasenauer, Hamburg and was predeceased by two sisters, Margaret E. Faust and Marian M. Heiser. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 20th at 11:00 AM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th Street, Hamburg. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
