Farrell M. Franks

Farrell Michael Franks passed away at home on April 15, 2011.

He is survived by his wife Bilette Franks; loving father of Stephanie Franks Roveda (John), Robert Frederick Franks and Kristin Franks Deshpande (Ajit); dear grandfather of seven; brother of Retired General Frederick Franks and sister Frances Marcus.

Mr. Franks attended Wilson High School in Reading, PA and Pennsylvania State University, where he was a member of the Sigma Pi Fraternity. He was also a member of the Penn State Varsity Baseball Team for four years. Before his retirement, Mr. Franks served as Vice-President of Group Pension Sales at General American Life Insurance Co. Since retiring, he has worked at the Golf Pro Shop of Pomme Golf Course in Arnold, MO.

Services: Funeral services will be private per request of family. In lieu of flowers, please send contributions to the American Cancer Society.
