Faith D. Smith

Faith (Dries) Smith, 77, died Wednesday June 26, 2013 in her Laureldale residence.

She was the loving wife of Ronald A. Smith who passed away on February 26, 2007.

Faith was born in Evansville, PA, to Marie Herbein Dries and Neven Olonzo Dries.

She was employed for 18 years at Glidden Paint Company followed by 10 years at Agere Corporation.

Family was the most important thing in Faith's life and she is survived by her son Timothy S. Smith of Muhlenberg Township and her daughter Melanie J. Smith, companion of Harold O. Leiby, of Muhlenberg Township.

There are also three grandsons: Casey L. Mutter and his fiancé, Jessica Rivera, of Stony Creek Mills, and Corey S. Mutter and his fiancé, Jessie Jessiolowski, of Muhlenberg Township, and Nico Caltagirone, Godson of Timothy S. Smith. There are also two precious great-grandsons, Casey A. Mutter and Matthew S. Mutter.

Other survivors are sisters, Minerva I. Lindenmuth of Wyomissing and Fern G. Shankweiler of Kutztown.

A Celebration of Life luncheon will be held July 27th from 2-4 p.m. at North End Rod and Gun Club, 2010 Fairmont Avenue, Reading, PA 19605. All are welcome.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Shriner's Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia, 3551 North Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140.
