Evelyn Marie Redcay

Evelyn Marie Redcay, 69, of Reading, passed away May 7, 2014 in Mifflin Center.

Born November 12, 1944 in Martindale, she was a daughter of Grace B. (Hartman Redcay, Ephrata, and the late Harold W. Redcay.

She attended Cocalico High School.

Evelyn worked for Hamilton Watches and Science Press, Lancaster.

She was a very spiritual person and attended services at the Salvation Army. She was very caring and enjoyed helping others.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her three siblings: Ray R., husband of Judith V. Redcay, Ephrata; Fern F., widow of Lester L. Sonon, Hamburg; and Harold W., widower of Sandra A. Redcay, AZ. Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Evelyn was predeceased by her brother, Eugene W. Redcay.

A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 4 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611.
