Evan R. Fournaris

Evan R. Fournaris, 56, of Wyomissing, died December 25, 2011 in St. Joseph Hospital and Medical Center.

He was the husband of Karen J. (Daniels) Fournaris.

Born in Reading, he was the son of Ross E. Fournaris, Reading and the late Helen V. (Mandolos) Fournaris.

He was a 1974 graduate of Reading High School.

Evan worked at the Dana Corporation for 23 years as a water quench operator until 2001; at which point he attended NAWCC, School of Horology, Columbia, PA.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Elissa R. Fournaris, Mohnton; a son, Andrew R. Fournaris, Wyomissing; a sister Margo V., wife of Robert McLean, II, Sinking Spring and a grandson, Rowan M. Buckley, Mohnton.

Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. in Glad Tidings Assembly of God, 1110 Snyder Rd, West Lawn. A viewing will be 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611, to help defray the cost of services.
