Eunice L. Ramagano

Eunice L. (Lawyer) Ramagano, 99, formerly of Delaware County, PA passed away January 19, 2017, in Phoebe Berks Health Care Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was the widow of Harry R. Ramagano, who died December 1, 1977.

Born in Philadelphia, she was a daughter of the late Grover C. and Elizabeth (Buckingham) Lawyer.

Eunice had been employed by the Social Security Administration, Baltimore, MD and in the administrative offices of the US Department of Labor, Washington, DC. However, much of her career was spent working for the Wage and Hour and Public Contracts Divisions, U.S. Department of Labor, Philadelphia, PA.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

Eunice enjoyed sewing, all types of needlework and volunteering at Phoebe, but her biggest pleasure was being a loving grandmother and great grandmother.

Eunice is survived by her daughter, Merry R., wife of Rick Fidler, Sinking Spring; her sister, Elizabeth L. (Lawyer) Gartland, Newark, DE; two grandchildren, Kristin E., wife of Kevin A. Cavicchi, Wadsworth, OH; and Matthew R., husband of Lauren M. Fidler, Downingtown, PA; and one great- grandson, Owen D. Cavicchi.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Janet Ramagano and a sister, Claire L.(Lawyer) Lappen Setta.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, January 26, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ignatius RCC, 2810 St. Albans Drive, Sinking Spring, PA 19608. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Upper Darby. Friends may call Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the church. Edward J.
