Ethel C. Zygmunt

Ethel C. Zygmunt, 88, formerly of Freemont Street, Laureldale, died Feb. 6 at 6:22 p.m. in Berks Heim, where she had been a resident since March 7, 2001.

Her husband, Joseph J. Zygmunt, died Sept. 8, 1978.

Born in Laureldale, she was a daughter of the late Calvin S. and Emma (Rhoades) Hinnershitz.

Zygmunt was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale.

She is survived by a son, Gerald R., Laureldale.

Other survivors include a brother, Calvin Hinnershitz, Berks Heim; and five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Ronald J., on July 19, 2002.

Services will be private. Private burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Tuckerton. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale, is in charge of arrangements.
