Esther Frances Marsh

Esther Frances (Magazzu) Marsh, 92, formerly of Kenhorst, passed away June 17, 2024 at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary (Pisa) Magazzu. She was the beloved wife of the late Charles E. Marsh, with whom she shared 49 years of marriage. She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Church in West Lawn. Esther was a devoted wife and mother.

Left to treasure Esther's memory are her children, David Marsh, husband of Kate (Fitz-Gibbon), of St. Lawrence, and Michael Marsh, husband of Kim (Cranmer), of West Lawn; her cousin, Cathy Barbieri; her brother in law, Richard, husband of Cynthia Marsh; as well as several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her brother Russell G. Magazzu; and her sister, Amelia F. Pruna.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on June 25, 2024 at 10 a.m. at St. Ignatius Loyola Church, 2810 Saint Albans Dr, Reading, PA 19608. Entombment to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery, 3139 Kutztown Rd, Reading, PA 19605. The family will receive relatives and friends from 9:30 a.m. until the start of Mass.
