Esther A. Howe

Esther A. Howe, 100, of Reading, passed away July 17, 2012 in her son's West Wyomissing residence.

Her husband, Ralph Howe, died in 1990.

Born in Bernville, she was a daughter of the late James and Anna (Long) Hollenbach.

She was a fancy stitcher for the Fine Glass Shoe Co., Reading, for 36 years, retiring in 1975.

Esther is survived by her son, Lester, husband of June Hollenbach, West Wyomissing. Also surviving are her sister, Lovina R. Schoener, West Reading; her grandchildren: Dorothy and Rodney; her great-grandchildren: Savanna and Rodney, Jr. and her great-great-grandson, Isaiah.
