Ernest C. Morrison

Ernest G. Morrison, 91, formerly of Laureldale, died January 13, 2014 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.

He was the husband of June M. (Van Pelt) Morrison.

Born March 3, 1922 in Reading, he was a son of the late Neil E. and Florence (Grim) Morrison.

Ernest was a graduate of _________________ High School.

He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.

Ernest was employed as an inspection supervisor with NGK Metals, Temple for 43 years, retiring in 1986.

He was a member of Rosedale United Church of Christ, Laureldale.

Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. in Kuhn-Stitzel Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will be private in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
