Erna M. Hass

Erna M. Hass, 92, died July 8 at 12:15 p.m. in her residence on Spruce Street, West Reading.

Her husband, Hans H.W. Hass, died July 16, 1963.

Born in Stuttgart, Germany, she was a daughter of the late Friedrich and Josefa (Sing) Wolf.

Hass was employed for many years as an examiner by Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing, and was last employed by Wolf Hosiery Co., West Reading, retiring in 1984.

Surviving are a son, Hans F., Robesonia, and a daughter, Christa E. Hass, Sinking Spring.

Other survivors include four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be Friday at 11:30 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
