Erma Kowalski

Erma Kowalski, 96, of West Lawn, passed away September 16, 2016 in her residence.

Born in Italy, she was a daughter of the late John and Annamaria (Addesse) Fanfarilli.

Her husband, Stanley Kowalski, died in 2001.

She retired from R.M. Palmer as a candy producer.

Erma enjoyed the casinos and the Jersey Shore.

She is survived by her children: Jeanette Weaver-Posta, wife of Michael Posta Jr., Phoenix, AZ; and Ann Kowalski, West Lawn; three grandchildren: Tammy Rodriguez, Michelle Weaver, and Jennifer Cassetta; six great grandchildren: Alexandria Rodriguez, Jared Cieniewicz, Hannah Rodriguez, Jillian Cieniewicz, Dylan Cassetta, and Avery Cassetta; and one great great grandson, Callan Lindower.

Erma was predeceased by her three siblings: Virginia Fiorini, Paul Fanfarilli, and Lillie Smorey.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, September 21, 2016, at 10 a.m. in Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 740 Cherry St, West Reading, PA 19611.
