Erma G. Miller

Erma G. Miller, 94, of West Reading, died September 6 at 5:10 a.m. in ManorCare, Sinking Spring.

Born in Spring Twp., she was the daughter of the late William and Agnes (Berger) Gassert.

She was a waitress for the former Brown's Diner, West Reading and later for Thomas Restaurant, Reading for a total of 37 years retiring in 1985. Other employment included a combined 12 years at both Berkshire Knitting Mills, Wyomissing and No Mend Hosiery Mill, Lebanon as a full fashion topper.

Erma was a member of St. James Church, West Reading.

Survivors include two daughters, Jeanette M. Miller, West Reading and Joan R. (Miller) Troelsch, Reading. There are also 3 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Trinity U.C.C. Cemetery, Rehrersburg.
