Eric Diaz

Eric Diaz, 49, of Bern Township, passed on September 2nd surrounded by his family at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, he was the son of Confesor Diaz and Carmen Feliciano, Bern Township.

He was the dedicated husband of Jessica Stebbins and loving father to Havyn Diaz. In addition to his wife, son and parents, he is survived by two additional sons, Caney Davis and Eric "Cefo" Diaz; his stepdaughter, Alexandria "Lexi" Jones; four siblings: Jessica, Jillian, Lora and Israel "Pito"; his step-grand-children, Ella and Kai. Eric is also survived by his father-in-law Barry Stebbins and mother-in-law, Jeri Stebbins, both of Muhlenberg Township; brother and sister in-laws Jenn, Bryan and Steve; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, family, friends, and co-workers who will miss him dearly.

Eric was a dedicated and skilled chef at Building 24, known for his passion in culinary arts. He had a deep appreciation for movies and sitcoms, which often provided him with inspiration and entertainment. A devoted sports fan of the New York Yankees; especially #2, the Nicks and the Giants. He also enjoyed watching wrestling in his leisure time. You could often find him on the lake or obsessing over anything that had to do with fishing. Some of his favorite things were drinking plenty of coffee, playing his favorite songs like he was a DJ and collecting baseball cards. Eric loved to light up a room, elevate spirits, and roll with the good times!

Above all, Eric cherished his family and valued the moments spent with them, making them the center of his life. He will be deeply missed.

Celebration of Life Services will be held Friday September 19, 2025, at 11:00a.m. at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc, 5153 Kutztown Rd, Temple, PA 19560. Inurnment to follow at Epler's Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 9:00a.m. to 11a.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Go Fund Me https://gofund.me/770be3bd7.
