Emma H. Skellington

Emma H. Skellington, 100, passed away January 25, 2013 in her West Lawn residence.

Her husband, Albert I. Skellington, died in 1991.

Born in Shepshed, Leicestershire, England, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Kate (Noon) Knight.

She was employed in the hosiery business for many years.

Emma is survived by her daughter, Enid M., wife of John C. Bosch, West Lawn. Also surviving are her sisters: Jenny Skellington, Shepshed, England and Constance Smith, Shepshed, England; two grandsons: Karl R., husband of Dawn Bosch and Steve P., husband of Michelle Bosch; five great grandchildren: Jess, Nick, Danielle, Robby and Kody; two great-great grandchildren: Kaelyn, Ashlyn and one great-great grandchild on the way.

Emma was predeceased by her brother, Robert Brian Knight in December.

A Memorial Service will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in St. Albans Cemetery, England.
