Elvira R. Zuccarini

On Sunday, March 11, 2018, Elvira R. Zuccarini of Wyomissing was called to heaven. Beloved wife of Ugo Zuccarini for 60 years, preceded in death by her parents Louis and Chiara (Persia) Restauri, and four sisters, Mafalda Restauri, Lucy Dottavio, Margaret Radford, and Helen Restauri.

She is survived by a brother, Gabriel Restauri, and two sisters, Gilda Thompson, and Dena Patrick. Devoted mother to married children Thomas Zuccarini (wife Kathleen) and Marianne Albert (husband Joseph). Her five grandchildren, Melanie, Melissa, Alexandra, Kiana and Colin were her pride and joy.

She was a devoted community servant including participation in the Sacred Heart church choir, Cub Scouts, and school librarian. She was an avid bridge player and enjoyed playing cards with her family and friends. Her favorite pastime was spending time visiting her grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation will be Thursday from 6-8 pm at Kuhn Funeral Home, West Reading. A second visitation will be held Friday from 8:30 to 9 am, with words of remembrance beginning at 9 am A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, March 16, 2018, at 10 am at Sacred Heart Church. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Mausoleum.
