Elsbeth M. Davis

Elsbeth M. Davis, 85, formerly of Reading, died August 3, 2009 in Golden Living Center.

Her husband, Marlin G. Davis, died February 9, 2005.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Edwin A. and Edna H. (Clay) Hopler.

She was a graduate of Reading High School in 1941.

Elsbeth was a secretary for the former American Chain and Cable and later was a receptionist for Dr. Gordon Kagen, Reading.

She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Reading.

Elsbeth is survived by her niece, Lois, wife of Kenneth Levengood, Douglassville and their children, Mark A. and Matthew R. Levengood..
