Elsa Batista

Elsa (Pacheco) Batista, 79, of ManorCare Health Services, West Reading died April 7th at 7:40pm in the Emergency Room of the St. Joseph's Hospital.

She was the widower of Raul Batista.

Born in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Francisco and Romona (Ortiz) Pacheco.

She is survived by a daughter, Miriam Batista of Reading and two sons, Frank Batista of New York City and Jorge L. Batista of Onterio, Canada.

There are nine grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

Batista was predeceased by two sons, Alberto Batista and Ervin Batista.

Services will be Thursday at 1:00 pm in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Viewing Noon until time of service. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.
