Eloise M. Mitchell

Eloise Marceil Mitchell, 81, of Temple, died September 3, 2012 in Mifflin Center, Cumru Township.

Born in Pemberton, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Arthur M. and Edna M. (Sheppard) Willoby.

Eloise was a 1948 graduate of Bellefontine High School, OH.

She was employed 25 years with K-Mart, Muhlenberg Township as a waitress and later as a sales associate, before retiring in 1998.

Surviving are her four daughters: Cheryle L. Mitchell of Woodland Park, NJ; Lori A., wife of John K. Green of Bernville; Cathi S., wife of John L. Conti of Little Falls, NJ and Juli M., wife of William H. Pfautz of Laureldale.

Other survivors include eight grandchildren: Brandon Dahms, Desiree Dahms, Daniel Pfautz, Holli Conrad, Daniel Groff IV, Ashley Conti, Timothy Conti and Matthew Mitchell.

She is also survived by her two siblings: John R., husband of Sidney Willoby of Lake Havague, AZ and Mary Lou, widow of Ronald Booze of Baltimore, MD.

Eloise was predeceased by a son, Michael D. Mitchell, who died March 11, 2007 and two brothers, Richard Willoby and Lauren "Bud" Willoby.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale is in charge of arrangements.
