Elizabeth M. Weir

Elizabeth M. Weir, 51, passed away on November 3, 2021, at Berkshire Center where she had been a resident since December 2020.

Originally from Wernersville, she was the daughter of the late John G. and Marcia A. (Sickel) Weir. Elizabeth was a 1988 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School and a 1992 graduate of Beaver College. She was employed as a teacher at the Berks County Intermediate Unit.

Elizabeth is survived by her son Jacob Smith of Arlington, VA, and her brothers John H. Weir of Robesonia, PA; Kenneth C. Weir of Buffalo, NY; and Jeffrey M. Weir of Arlington, VA.

The services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
