Elizabeth M. Strain

Elizabeth M. (Sokol) Strain, 68, of Spring Township, passed away Thursday, April 23, 2009 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.

She was the loving wife of Donald R. Strain.

Born in Reading on July 19, 1940, she was the daughter of Michael and Anna Sokol.

Elizabeth was the loving mother of her son, Joseph W., husband of Michele L. Strain of Sinking Spring. Other survivors include three grandchildren: Joseph, Michael, and Nicholas Strain all of Sinking Spring.

She is also survived by her brother, Joseph, husband of Anne Sokol of Laureldale.

Memorial services will be celebrated privately at the convenience of the family.
