Elizabeth Seidel Shaeffer

Elizabeth (Seidel) Shaeffer, 88, of West Lawn, died November 10, 2013, in Reading Hospital.

Her husband, Louis Shaeffer, died April 5, 1993.

Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late James and Esther (Winkelman) Seidel.

She was employed by Bachman's Company for over 20 years, retiring in 1989.

Elizabeth is survived by three children, Thomas, husband of Lynn, Adamstown Carl, husband of Candy, Wyomissing, and Peter, husband of Chris, Bernville. Six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive her. She was predeceased by two siblings, James and Bertha.

Graveside Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Laureldale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: American Heart Association, P.O. Box 15120 Chicago, IL 60693. Edward J.
