Elizabeth Jane Seaman

Elizabeth Jane "Susie" Seaman, 75, formerly of Reading, died December 22, 2014 in Berks Heim, Bern Township.

Born February 25, 1939 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Lawrence Stanley and Mary Margaret (Klein) Seaman.

Elizabeth was a 1956 graduate of Central Catholic High School.

She was a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Reading.

Elizabeth was employed as a sales clerk with Hartstrings for 15 years.

She enjoyed sewing projects for her family and friends and spending time with family.

Surviving is her sister, Anna Kay Seaman of Reading and her nephew, Theodore T., husband of Cynthia L. Seaman of Temple and her great nephew, Theodore D. Seaman and her great niece Danielle M. Seaman.

Elizabeth was predeceased by her brother, Theodore S. Seaman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 1018 N. 8th Street, Reading, PA 19604. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the mass in church. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
