Elizabeth M. Ebling

Elizabeth M. Ebling, 83, Wernersville, died July 8 at 11:06 p.m. in Reading Hospital, shortly after admission.

She was the wife of Mark Ebling.

Born in Lebanon, she was a daughter of the late Lee and Mildred (Ebright) Miller.

Ebling had been last employed as a private duty licensed practical nurse.

She was a 1939 graduate of Lebanon High School and received her nursing certificate from Reading Hospital in 1968.

Ebling is also survived by a son, Steve M., Littleton, Colo., and three daughters: Lynda L. (Ebling) Ries, Newtown Square, Delaware County; Elizabeth K. (Ebling) Gurr, Batavia, Ohio; and Joan M. (Ebling) Fry, Hershey, Dauphin County.

Other survivors include a brother, Lowell Miller, Cornwall Manor, Lebanon County, and a sister, Marilyn (Miller) Sechrist, Gretna Springs, Lancaster County.

There are also nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Memorial Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. in Phoebe Berks Chapel, Wernersville. Burial will be private in Ebenezer Cemetery, Lebanon. Contributions may be made to Phoebe Berks Village 1 Reading Avenue Wernersville, PA 19565.
