Elaine C. Hills

Elaine C. Hills, 96, a resident at the Highlands at Wyomissing, died April 1 at 11:50 p.m. in the Highlands at Wyomissing Assisted Living.

Her husband, Harry S. Hills, died in November 2002.

Born in New York City, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Elma (Koop) Cook.

Surviving are a son, Robert, New Hope, Bucks County; and a daughter, Harriet (Hills) Beck, Swan Point, Md.

Other survivors include 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Sandra (Hills) Kinney, in 1998.

Services will be private. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
