Effie V. Katzenmoyer

Effie V. (Seidel) Katzenmoyer of Muhlenberg Township, died of natural causes November 3rd at 8:20am in St. Joseph's Hospital where she had been since Wednesday.

She was the widow of Calvin F. Katzenmoyer who died August 5, 1995.

Born in West Reading, she was a daughter of the late Edwin and Elda M. (Block) Seidel.

Katzenmoyer was employed a number of years as a packer by Bachman Bakery of Muhlenberg Township until her retirement.

She is survived by a daughter, Sandra L. (Katzenmoyer) Stitzer of Hamburg and a step-son, Calvin F. Kong of Maui, HI.

Other survivors include six grandchildren and one great granddaughter.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Donna L. (Katzenmoyer) Gottschall, who died October 17th.

Services will be Tuesday at 10:00 am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Dr. Barbara Kershner-Daniel officiating. Viewing Tuesday 9:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
