Edwin L. Ziegenfuss

Edwin L. Ziegenfuss, 57, of Cumru Township, died of natural causes July 11 at 6:20 a.m. in his residence.

He was the husband of Susan L. (Busch) Ziegenfuss.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late George and Eldora (Sweigart) Ziegenfuss.

Ziegenfuss had been employed for 20 years in maintenance by Metropolitan Edison Co., at the Titus Station, retiring in 2003.

He was a graduate of Exeter High School.

Ziegenfuss was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War.

He is also survived by a son, Scott E., Indianapolis, and a daughter, Leah M. (Ziegenfuss) Mountz, Shillington.

Other survivors include a sister, Georgene (Ziegenfuss) Busch, Mohnton.

Services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Muddy Creek Cemetery, Swartzville, Lancaster County.
