Edwin G. Keen

Edwin G. Keen Sr., 90, of Montrose Manor, died June 30 at 7:10 a.m. in ManorCare Health Services Inc., Spring Township, where he resided 10 days.

His wife, Lillian L. (Lowery) Keen, died Nov. 11.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Paul and Margaret Keen.

Keen was employed for 20 years as a maintenance worker by Cumru Township, retiring in 1987.

He was a graduate of Reading High School.

Keen was an Army veteran of World War II.

Surviving are three sons: Edwin G. Jr., Springfield, Delaware County; David L., Mohnton; and Scott L., Erie County.

Other survivors include a sister, Madeline (Keen) Good, Orwigsburg, Schuylkill County.

Services will be private. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements.
