Edward J. Marshall, Jr.

Edward J. Marshall, Jr., 82, of Wyomissing, passed away May 31, 2014 in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

His wife, Phyllis A. (Mitchell) Marshall, died September 14, 2012.

Born October 11, 1931 in Shenandoah, he was the son of the late Edward J., Sr., and Mildred (Mozdy) Marshall.

He was a graduate of Upper Darby High School and Ursinus College.

Edward worked in sales for The Upjohn Company.

He was a U.S. Army Air Force veteran, serving as a medic during the Korean War.

Edward was a member of Faith Presbyterian Church, Cape Coral, FL.

He was also a Mason.

Edward will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his daughters: Diane L., wife of Doug French, Berkeley Springs, WV; and Janet Marshall, Broomall. Also surviving are two step-children; five grandchildren; and one great-grandchild with another on the way.

Edward was predeceased by his daughter, Laure Hogg.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, June 17 at 1 p.m. at Country Meadows Bldg 3, 1800 Tulpehocken Rd., Wyomissing.
