Edward F. Devlin

Edward F. Devlin, Jr., 65, of West Reading, died June 28, 2011 in ManorCare, West Reading.

His wife, Mary, died in August of 1998.

Born in Philadelphia, he was the son of Florence (Stratton) Devlin, Mohnton and the late Edward F. Devlin, Sr.

He was last employed by Crown Paper Co., Philadelphia for 15 years.

Edward was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, West Reading, where he was a member of the Seniors Club. He was also a member of the Fancy Dan's, Philadelphia.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by two sisters, Florence E., wife of James Pleitner, Mohnton and Elizabeth L. Olson, New Jersey and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Bethany Lutheran Church, 336 Franklin Street, West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery, Philadelphia. Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. in the church. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church Food Pantry at the above address. Edward J.
