Edward J. Beiler, 52, passed away September 27, 2010 in his Mohnton residence.
He was the husband of Denise M. "Dee" (Drey) Beiler, whom married on August 15, 1993.
Born in Lancaster, he was a son of Joseph and D. Jane (Romig) Beiler, Honeybrook.
He was a 1976 graduate of Twin Valley High School where he played varsity soccer, basketball and baseball.
Ed was employed for 25 years as an operating engineer by International Union of Operating Engineers, Bensalem. He also was co-owner of the Woodsedge Stables, Mohnton.
He was a member of Grace Fellowship Church, Shillington.
Ed was also a member of the Local Union 542 and S.A.L. American Legion Post 537.
He loved the great outdoors. Ed was an avid fisherman, hunter, baseball player and Harley Davidson rider.
In addition to this wife and parents, he is survived by two daughters, Marisa D. Drey Santa Cruz, CA and Tori A. Kessler, Robesonia; two brothers, Jeff, husband of Bonnie Beiler, Reading and Joe, husband of Linda Beiler, Honeybrook; and his special nephew Josh M. Drey, Robesonia; and beloved dogs, Rueben, Tonka, Franklin and Boris. He was anxiously expecting his first grandson;
Ed was predeceased by his brother Tom Beiler.
Services will be Friday at 7 p.m. in Grace Fellowship Church, 622 Old Lancaster Pike Shillington, PA 19607. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Grace Fellowship Church at the above address or the American Legion, 4499 N. Twin Valley Rd., Morganton, PA 19543. The Edward J.
