Edmund W. Motacki

Edmund W. Motacki, 83, died March 9 in his residence on Timber Lane, Spring Township.

He was the husband of Bessie N. (Turrisi) Motacki.

Born in Reading, he was a son of the late Joseph and Wanda (Ruzanosko) Motacki.

Motacki was employed for 23 years in the electronics department by AT&T Reading Works, Muhlenberg Township, retiring in 1982.

He was an Army veteran of World War II.

Motacki was a member of Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Reading, where he was a collector.

He was a life member of the West Wyomissing Fire Company and the 1900 Beneficial Association, Reading.

Motacki is also survived by a daughter, Barbara A. (Motacki) Brizek, Spring Township.

Other survivors include three grandchildren, two stepgrandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Holy Rosary Church. Entombment will be in Gethsemane Cemetery Mausoleum, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
