Earl F. Faller

Earl F. Faller, 88 of Muhlenberg Township, died October 18, 2009 in Reading Hospital.

His first wife, Audrey I. (Carley) Faller, died in 1973, his second wife Grace (Quinter) Forry Faller died in 1984 and his third wife, Esther M. (Craley) Faller died in 1999.

Born June 27, 1921 in Reading, he was a son of the late John H. and Margaret M. (Haggerty) Faller.

Earl was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School and Polytech University, Wyomissing.

He was employed as a sales manager with Textile Machine Works and Rockwell International for 45 years, retiring in 1983.

Earl was a World War II veteran, serving in the Army Air Force.

He was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, Hyde Park.

Surviving are two children, Earl J., husband of Kathryn I. Faller of Dublin, VA and Charlene Grynastyl fiancée of Rodney V. Schrader, Jr. of Muhlenberg Township

Other survivors include four grandchildren, Kevin E. Faller, Kimberley N. Faller, Leslie G. Grynastyl fiancée of Mark Nies and Natalie L. Grynastyl.

There is also a great-grandson Brandt T. Grynastyl.

In addition, there are three sisters, Marian R., widow of Charles Gring of Morgantown; Eleanor L., wife of Oliver Knight of Lottsburg, VA and Anna M., wife of James A. Sheipe of Laureldale.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. in Holy Guardian Angels Roman Catholic Church, 3121 Kutztown Road, Hyde Park. A viewing will be held Wednesday evening from 6:30-8 p.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
