E. Charlotte Brunner

E. Charlotte (Fisher) Brunner, 88, formerly of Reading, died March 3, 2008 in Henry Healthcare Center at the Lutheran Home at Topton.

She was the wife of Grant L. Brunner, who died August 30, 2000.

Born in Wurtzburg, Germany, on June 13, 1919, she was the daughter of the late J. Herman and Else (Mayer) Fisher.

Mrs. Brunner is a 1937 graduate of West Reading High School.

She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Reading.

Mrs. Brunner was employed as a secretary for 25 years by Cabot Corporation, Temple.

She is survived by a half-brother, John Fisher, Fayetteville, NC; and a half-sister Jeanette (Fisher) Drey, Reading.

Memorial Services will be on Saturday at 11:00am. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc. 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, PA 19611. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery. Friends may call 10:30-11:00am. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Berks Co., 1801 North 11th St., Reading, PA 19604.
