Douglas James Yoder

Douglas J. Yoder 67, of Lenhartsville, PA, passed away suddenly on June 10, 2026, at Lehigh Valley Health Network Cedar Crest. Born in Johnstown, PA , he was the son of the late Donald E. Yoder and Janet R. (Lambert) Yoder.

Doug was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed hiking the Appalachian Trail, fishing, rock climbing, and kayaking.

He did what he loved, working as a general contractor with Ryan Homes for many years along with his faithful co-worker, Joey.

Survivors: his wife of 30 years, Lynnette (Cliff) Yoder; sisters: Donna (Yoder) Steitz, wife of Dale Steitz, of Johnstown, PA; Debi Yoder, partner of Greg McCormick, of Auburn, NY; and Judi (Yoder) Pool, wife of John Pool, of Lenhartsville, PA; and nephew, Dion Yoder of Lenhartsville, PA. Doug had many friends and extended family; he will be missed by all.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, June 26th at 2:30 pm at Kuhn Funeral Home & Crematory, 40 South Fourth Street, Hamburg, PA 19526. Friends and family may gather begining at 2:00 p.m. Concolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
