Dorothy H. Wanner

Dorothy H. Wanner, 89, formerly of Spruce Street, West Reading, died Dec. 1 at 5 a.m. in the residence of a daughter, Joan S. (Wanner) Donaldson, North Port, Fla.,

Her husband, Henry J. Wanner, died Feb. 14, 1984.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Bessie (Heck) Wade.

Wanner was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church, West Reading.

She is also survived by a son, Henry J. Jr., West Reading, and five other daughters: Patricia A. (Wanner) Kreisher, Atlanta; Nancy L. (Wanner) Kalis, West Reading; Melva J. (Wanner) Guinther, Reinholds; Jane A. (Wanner) Trate, Bethel; and Mary A. (Wanner) Haggerty, Reading.

Other survivors include a brother, Harry Wade, Baltimore; and a sister, Mildred (Wade) Allen, Temple.

There are also 23 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be Wednesday at 1 p.m. in the Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
